Working in the capacity of functional head in the area
of finance control (including taxation). This primarily includes:
Establishing and manage the
finance, accounting and tax functions
Establishing proper accounting
policies and procedures while adhering to proper internal controls and
adhering to Group accounting policies
Responsible for reporting
monthly financial statements and responsible for all Statutory Compliances
as applicable.
Responsible for Preparing the
Annual Budgets with inputs from various stakeholders.
Responsible for variation
analysis viz., Budget vs Actuals for various business reviews.
Responsible for Preparation of
Financial Statements in accordance with US GAAP.
Responsible for maintaining the
Books of Accounts in SAP.
Responsible for hard closing of
books on a monthly basis.
Responsible for liasioning with
Statutory Auditors for the quarterly/Annual Audit.
Must have the following:
Working knowledge of SAP
Good Communication Skills
Good Analytical Skills
Good in Excel and Word
Good Team Management Skills
