Responsibilities:
• The role will require the individual to be responsible for the development of the overall solution vision and Integration lead for the assigned projects.
• The architect and lead will identify and translate system requirements into a prescribed architecture blueprinting process and build/maintain the necessary artifacts.
• The individual will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Technical Directors, Project Managers, and Project Team members to validate the proposed architecture solution in order to enable the team to provision estimates, develop construction plans and prepare implementation approaches.
• The person will need to work with various internal and external technical resources in order to drive consensus on an architecture design.
• The architect will provide leadership to the development team to insure the realization of that solution.
MUST HAVE:
· Extensive TIBCO Architect experience including:
o Strong focus on TIBCO ACtive MQ
· Prior experience leading a team of support/development resources
· Excellent communication and problem solving skills
