Key Points:
Whoever is submitted must:
have done the work themselves, not part of a
team that was responsible for X.
MUST be a Python developer first. I do not
want to speak with any Java developers who decided to pick up Python.
While screening for consultancies and internally, I’ve spoken to hundreds of
such individuals and it doesn’t work. The only case is if they are a
polyglot developer and Java is just one language amonst many that they use to
do their job if required.
