Job Description :As a member of our Automation team, you
will closely work with our clients across multiple business units to implement
RPA solutions and guide them through their automation journey. You will be
expected to be in a client facing technical role leveraging your development
and architecture skills and work with a team of developers to translate complex
technical solutions into specific business outcomes. Communication skills must
be exceptional as you will interact clients and internal stakeholders. This
role requires complex problem solving capabilities along with critical thinking
skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions utilizing RPA
tools and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery. Work with
clients in designing automation solutions using industry leading automation
software tools Leverage industry best practices and experience, recommend
automation solutions including architectural and technical designs Drive
strategic and tactical roll-out of solutions to clients Create a complete
technical architecture for RPA projects making sure the architecture is
extensible and scalable Lead the Design and development of reusable
components/frameworks which can then be applied to accelerate the development
lifecycle Input into solution integration design using Web Services / RESTFUL
API access where relevant Coordinate activities within clients IT /
Automation COE / business environments to develop, test and deploy RPA
solutions
Experience and Qualifications
Academic Qualifications Experience
Technical Graduate 10+ years of strong delivery
background. Currently working as a Module Lead, Team Lead or Architect
Position in RPA implementations Prior RPA development expertise at least 2 of
these products UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blueprism.
Desired Profile Skills:
Should be able to do a comparative analysis
across different RPA tools based on various technical parameters including
network architecture, BOT deployment, server sizing, licensing etc.
Strong experience in software delivery using
Agile methodology 2+ years of programming in C#, or Java desired.
Experience in any of the Programming Languages/
Softwares: .Net, C/C++, Python, VB Script Ruby, Java, JS.
Should be able to design technical specification
document for RPA projects
Should be able to drive best practices around
coding, design, quality and performance.
Experience with tools like NICE, Nuance, OCR
tools, Enterprise Systems SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Custom Apps, ITSM Tools
Service Now, BMC Remedy, Jira etc., automation platforms/frameworks/tools
Understanding of UI elements, APIs, Database
interfaces etc. Experience with html, css and javascript is desirable.
Working knowledge of security concepts such as
http/https, ports, DNS, active directory, ldap
integration etc.
Working knowledge of infrastructure and
datacenter concepts such as HA, DR, virtualization, networking, load balancing,
etc.
