years of experience with at least 3+ years of Scrum Master experience or Agile
Project Manager
Certified
Scrum Master
Experience
in playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was
diligently applying Scrum principles, practices
Good
skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational
awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and
increasing transparency
Run
daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals efficiently and strictly
Tracks
work progress to identify blockages and developer divergence from allocated
tasks
Knowledge
of various well-documented patterns and techniques in the Scrum approach
(example: Burndown technologies, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
Awareness
and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD,
TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
Excellent
communication and mentoring skills
Experience
of Agile tools (JIRA, Ralley, VSTS etc)
Good
to have Travel domain experience.
