• 10 + years of experience with at least 3+ years of Scrum Master experience or Agile Project Manager
• Certified Scrum Master
• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Run daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals efficiently and strictly
• Tracks work progress to identify blockages and developer divergence from allocated tasks
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown technologies, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Experience of Agile tools (JIRA, Ralley, VSTS etc)
• Good to have Travel domain experience.
