UX Analyst

Position Introduction

Ability to create the interaction design and
user experience across all digital touchpoints.

The right candidate will need a thorough
background in Human Centered Design, be able to explain a portfolio that
includes annotated wireframes or working prototype, be familiar with UCD, have
participated in usability testing and have a willingness to expand beyond the
core skill of Interaction Design.

Visual Design or User Research skills are a big
plus.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer
Interaction, User Experience, Information Design, Industrial Design, or related
degree. Work experience in UX or related field is a PLUS.

Position Skillset

Excellent Interaction design skills utilizing an
iterative design approach

Excellent critical thinking, complex problem solving skills, and analytical
approach

Strong writing, verbal and overall communication skills

Deep understanding of mobile-first and
responsive design

Ability to iterate designs and solutions
efficiently and intelligently

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate
design processes, ideas, and solutions

Thorough approach to all work; a desire to go beyond
minimum requirements

Ability to collaborate with those in other disciplines
(graphic design, development, quality control, business analysts, system
analysts, clients).

Familiarity with user research and usability testing
techniques or desire to become proficient in same

Proficient with standard Interaction design applications
(Proto.io, Axure, Sketch, Justinmind, others).

Knowledge
of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to develop search engine-friendly user
interfaces.

Visual Design skills will be very helpful (Photoshop,
Illustrator)

2 to 5 years of experience in User Experience or
related field

Be passionate about resolving user pain points
through great design.

Responsibilities

Support all phases of UX/UI work associated with
software product releases including: information architecture, conceptual
design and mockups, experience flows, prototyping, detailed graphic
design, user testing, front-end implementation, fine-tuning, and product
launch readiness.

Frequently presenting design concepts and deliverables
to the product team, as well as internal stakeholders.

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups
and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

Design and deliver high-fidelity, stunning user
interface designs that are equally beautiful and functional

Code completed design mockups using HTML5, CSS3, and
responsive web design best practices

Collaborating with product teams at key stages of the
product development process to concept, design, and build
integration-ready UI elements with a high degree of quality and efficiency
that enrich the customer experience.

Reviewing functional specifications, user guides, or
other product documentation to verify that design and functional requirements
are in alignment.

Researching and showcasing knowledge of the industry’s
evolving trends, methods, technologies and best practices, as well as
corporate, ecosystem, and industry standards to ensure leading-edge
interpretation and execution of user-centric design principles for our
products.
