Title: UX Manager
Location: 1050 Crown Pointe Parkway, Atlanta, GA

Be
a hands on UX practitioner and be a part of UX projects
Development
of task analysis, information architecture, workflows, paper sketches,
wireframes and low to medium fidelity prototypes of UI concepts
Lead
multiple projects; oversee planning, concept development, design and
implementation; assign tasks and monitoring progress
Mentor
and develop team member skills
Assign
employees clearly defined projects, tasks and objectives
Adopt
and propagate NIIT Tech’s UX methodology
Influence
project teams through persuasion and communication
Create
the vision for and drive the design of innovative solutions for a wide
variety of user types and user experience challenges
Preferred
some experience and knowledge of conversational UI design
Work
closely with Design counterparts to effectively deliver industry leading
user experience solutions
Define
user interaction patterns and guidelines for new and existing products
based on user requirements
Develop,
design and present user interface concepts to various stakeholders in the
corporation
