HA is looking for a Business
Analyst to join the next generation travel platform. Under general direction with minimal oversight, delineates
requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies
and systems views across multiple functional domains projects.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Reconcile requirements
from multiple groups to ensure all needs are accounted for and are traced back
to the business objectives.
Prepare business
requirement documents, use cases, process models and business rules.
Produce the
logical/functional systems design (detailing business information flow/process)
for business solution agreed.
Coordinate
requirements walk- through and signoffs with stakeholders to ensure that
documentation accurately portrays business needs.
Lead cross-functional linked teams to address Sabre issues.
Provides assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing
systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Maintain requirements traceability matrix to ensure that the
functional solution design can meet the documented requirements.
Hands on
experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis roles,
with a proven track record in Business Process Modelling and Requirements
Gathering.
Have extensive Sabre reservation experience and should be able
to troubleshoot all reservation related issues.
