Business Analyst Job:We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong financial (capital markets) background. You will be working closely with technical team, project manager and product owners to facilitate product development and enhancements.
Note: This job is only for Green Card Holders and US citizens. Job Responsibilities:
Understand financial products and accounting systems of the organization.
Assisting with the business case, implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Managing competing resources and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation skills. Competency in creating wireframes, tools like Jira Confluence.
Hands on SQL Server, should be able to query data from table, perform mapping of datapoints.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
