Must have skills:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant experience of 4-6 years.
• Decent exposure to Application Maintenance and Development.
• Hands on experience in VANTAGE-ONE System which is a product of CSC that supports administration of Annuities, Universal Life, Traditional and Interest Sensitive Whole Life products.
o building the new policies
o setup the new Alternate Source of Input sub system to feed the data to Admin update
o extensive knowledge on Vantage Valuation programs
o modifying the Admin tables, build the table cards
o implementation of new products
o creating/modifying the Vantage screens
• Independent analysis, design, development and implementation of Life and Annuity product projects
• Debugging batch and online modules and fixing bugs
• Enhancing and maintaining COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM programs
• Developing new JCL and procedures
• Expertise in batch scheduling
• Identifying, Unloading and Loading Test data from Production to Test regions
• Performing unit testing and code promotion activities
• Hands on for mass compiles and links, running batch cycles
• Knowledge of library management tools like Endeavor, Clear case or SCLM
