Summary
We at NIIT are looking for a Business Analyst who can contribute in development of products and services for Investment Banking. As a BA you will serve as a bridge between implementation team and product stakeholder.
Roles Responsibilities
Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team.
Evaluate the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.
Provide suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client's business needs.
Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
Communicate effectively with Project Managers and other internal teams to deliver product's functional requirements.
Design and execute test scenarios.
Manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Required Skills Experience
5+ years experience as Business Analyst with strong SQL querying skill.
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
Strong personal planning and organizational skills.
Process and detail-oriented.
Strong communication (written and oral) skills.
Familiarity web-related technologies and SQL database.
Ability to organize and simplify requirements.
Completed bachelor's degree in business or software related discipline.
Experience using JIRA, Confluence or other Agile Project Management software
Experience using Bit Bucket, or other code repository solution
