Chairman’s Quality Club

Chairman’s Quality Club is the most coveted and prestigious award for an NIITian. The CQC recognizes top performers of the company and also gives them opportunities to contribute in the organization’s development. The process involves selection of the top performers by the Chairman himself. The themes focus on initiatives around institutionalizing quality systems in the company. The select team of CQC works directly under the mentorship of Chairman and/or CEO in a project mode.
