Team Lead (Marketing Technology)
We are seeking a Tech Lead possessing at least 8-10 years
of experience to develop high performing business applications across our
international websites and help lead and mentor a team of developers.
Our Team Lead aims to help rapidly produce software
products and services in our Agile environment while continuously improving
operations performance. This role will
offer a visible impact in a dynamic, fast moving environment; balancing
business necessity with technical and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead, architect and manage our technology
product and deliver new features to them
Implement solution to analyze
Build and lead/mentor a team of developers
Develop and deliver quality code
Master implement unit testing, mocking,
code reviewing etc
Suggest new improvements to advance the business
(product, process or architecture/code) all the way through implementation.
Regularly analyze and fix performance,
architecture design build issues.
Active contributor on code reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
8+ years of experience in ASP.NET, C#;
Javascript, analytic suite including good experience in development and
architecture utilizing large scale web based systems
3+ years leading a team, both on and offshore
Experience with Analytic Software/Product like
Google Analytic/ Omniture etc is highly desired.
Experience working with an Online Travel
Industry preferred
Technology:
Working knowledge of JQuery, AJAX, HTML, and CSS
WCF, SOA and Unit Testing; SQL Server
Experience with Analytical Tool/Software.
Fundamental architecture understanding;
including solid principles of class structures and design patterns
Understanding of SQL; including database
structure and stored procedures
Knowledge of best practices for the full
software development life cycle of n-tiered asynchronous large scale
applications; from coding standards, code reviews, source control management,
build processes, testing, and operations perspectives.
Team Foundation Server
Unit testing frameworks, code coverage and
static code analysis
Soft Skills
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem
solving skills
Ability to think creatively, strategically and
act tactically
Great communication skills
Ability to work cross functionally with many
different teams
A self-starter that can lead and mentor others
