Job Description
Need
a person who has run IT Operations in 24*7 shift taking calls from IT
stakeholders and running incident management bridge
Must
have knowledge of ITIL basics (Like Incident, Change and Problem)
Incident
Management Staff should ensure that both employees and customers using the
technical products of companies receive technical support in case of any major
failure in services. The person has to coordinate with various team in order to
get the issue resolved.
Keeping
a log of incidents and logging tickets in ServiceNow
Must
have knowledge of incident management tool (preferably ServiceNow)
Maintaining
incident logs and processing incident reports for review with IT management
Good
writing and communication skill
