Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage agile team development of products and services (i.e., capabilities, features and functions) which support the customer’s overall mobile app and mobile web experience
* Work under the direction of the Director of Product to ship products in an agile, fast-paced environment
* Analyze product opportunities, advocating for great omni-channel experiences
* Contribute to overall product vision, strategy, development and execution including product definition, vision, strategy, and initiative/roadmap development
* Partner with Market Research, Omni-channel, and Analytics teams to develop a deep understanding of our consumers, their behavior, and how we can “wow” them.
* Deliver on user and business growth goals for consumer mobile apps

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent and 4+ years related experience
* Experience with scrum agile practices
* Strong analytical skills; experience with A/B testing and statistics to create a culture of data driven product design
* Strong communication and writing skills, with experience preparing and presenting presentations to various stakeholders. Ability to effectively communicate both creative and technical feedback to a diverse group of stakeholders.
* Experience with structured, hypothesis-driven product improvements, rigorous metrics analysis, consumer insights and design experimentation
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and projects.
* Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day

* Ability to impact and influence Senior Leaders, Client Facing Professionals and functional partners (e.g., Ops, Tech, Compliance, Legal, Finance) in a highly complex, matrixed, global environment
* Proven excellence in client service including timely and effective problem resolution
