Job Description
Full time Business Analyst, (Job#17035), multiple openings,
Atlanta, GA. Analyze business environment and customer requirements with
respect to workers compensation, property, liability, and surety lines of
business. Develop business requirement specifications and detailed use cases
for implementation of Duck Creek solutions. Work with onsite team and customer
representatives to gather functional requirements. Function as a liaison
between business users and developers. Create and build optimization
plans using Hexawise, TAC, Load Runner Rational Functional Tester, SQL, XML, HP
Quality Centre, Spira Test, Team Track TFS and JIRA. Direct the
development of user acceptance test cases and integration test cases and
leverage skills. Design standard operating processes for future Duck
Creek implementations at customer locations; participate in and
contribute to product planning activities and work with our off shore teams to
help drive off shore development and testing activities. Employer’s HQ is in
Atlanta, GA; periodic relocation and/or travel may be required to various
unanticipated work sites in the U.S.
REQUIRES: Bachelor degree in computer science,
engineering or a related technical field and five years of experience including
Duck Creek solutions, testing automation tools, UAT test design, Spira
test, and Team Track.
