Delivery Project Manager

Must Have Skills:

10+ years of experience in technology and/or software
development, progressing in complexity and responsibility. Specific
experience dealing with integrations, data analysis, and website
development for customer facing applications

5+ years of leadership experience, including
demonstrated success in leading technical teams and executing technical
projects within a quality management framework and outsourced/vendor
partner environment (both on- and off-shore)

Working knowledge of tools that monitor user website
behavior such as Google Analytics

Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal
skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft tools including Excel,
Word, Access, Projects and Visio

Solid mathematical aptitude, data analysis, and
effective project management skills

Ability to analyze complex, cross-functional business
and system processes and determine linkages

Ability to make effective decisions under pressure

Ability to think analytically and should be a problem
solver

Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and
adapt to changing priorities

Desired Skills:

Software development experience or knowledge of:

Programming Languages - HTML, CSS, Java, PHP,
ASP and JavaScript;

Web technologies - Apache, IIS, servlets, ASP.net;

Back office components (e.g. Email, Collaboration,
Conference, Reporting, etc.);

Architecture styles (e.g. MDA, EDA, SOA, Data-­centric,
etc.)

Job Roles /
Responsibilities:

Cultivate the
relationship and partner with the business teams to understand long-term
goals as well as immediate issues and ensure delivery on their goals

Lead and manage the
requirements, design, development, QA, and implementation of IT projects
and on-going enhancements to IT systems

Oversight and approval
of business requirements gathering and functional designs

Daily monitor and
escalate resolutions of outstanding software production issues based on
defined service level agreements.

Receive and analyze
requests for system modifications or new application development in
assigned program area

Work closely with the IT
outsource vendor team in the delivery of effective IT application
production support

Ability to analyze
problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed
actions, and implements recommendations in support of goals.

Ensure appropriate
knowledge transfer from project teams to the on-going support team through
working sessions and documentation

Assist business analysts
with data analysis to determine appropriate business and system process
design

Manage project budget
and forecasts communicating any timing or budget overruns to IT senior
management and the business team

Manage project and support risks and issues that are
escalated from the team business analyst, development, infrastructure, and QA
team
