Job Description
                        -solid desktop support skills and understanding of desktop
support concepts
-able to install desktop operating systems.
-capable of connecting and installing desktop phones, and
printers for new users and desktop moves
-able to install and troubleshoot software,
-troubleshoot computer connectivity, printer issues, and
similar break/fix issues
-good phone skills
-good interpersonal skills, speaks fluent English and is
easy to understand
-quick to learn, willing and eager to learn new systems
-good documentation skills to create knowledge base articles
and “How To’s” about the regular day to day processes
-capable of working from and within our desktop support
systems (Web Help Desk and ServiceNow)
Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
Comfortable interacting with all end users including
executive level management
 
Knowledge of Sophos Products like Enterprise management
console
 
Strong Workstation hardware and software knowledge
 
Knowledge of:
Microsoft Office: Office 2016 including Outlook ,
Outlook 2010
  
Microsoft Exchange 365 – provisioning and managing
  
Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
