Objective of the Effort: Create
a proposal for strategic client onboarding platform/utility for Northern Trist
including roadmap for implementation, incorporating existing/past efforts and
learnings from the remediation program

Scope of the Effort:

•The
onboarding utility scope should include
all customers
including Global and Domestic Custody and all Wealth Management ( No HFS, No
GFS)

•Leverage
the work being done for FA/TA

•Build
current state and future
state reference architecture and conceptual design
(
aligning it with the capability map or leveraging it)

•Create
a list
of client attributes required
for onboarding

•Create
a component
diagram with
key building blocks and interfaces

•Build
L0
sizing for
the onboarding utility

•Create
a detailed
implementation roadmap
with components listed

•Create
a AR
that outlines effort and cost included in the roadmap
