Job Description
Title: IT Tech Servicedesk/Control M Engineer
Job Description:
• Strong Knowledge of Control M Scheduling platform operation (Must and required skill)
• Able to follow and operate tasks by following Run books and escalate to L2 level teams accordingly (Required Skill)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skill is a must as this job requires extensive co-ordination communication with End users and various internal teams
• Dedicated self-motivated candidates used to working in a fast paced environment is a must
• Extensive experience in working in a fast paced environment and managing multiple tasks and issues simultaneously
• Candidates must have ability to react quickly to failures and provide timely resolution.
• Basic operational knowledge of Linux OS, vi, putty etc. is a must
• ITIL service oriented operations people whose primary focus is to operate the service desk effectively and ensure that SLA’s are met. (preferred)
• Have basic knowledge of creating and maintaining jobs in Control M (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of SQL Plus to be able to run basic queries in Oracle (preferred)
• Basic automation knowledge in Control M, OEM and Shell scripting will be a plus (preferred)
