Job Description
The Lead java developer will be responsible for developing large scale web business applications on Java J2EE technologies like Spring Framework, Core Java, Web services, Hibernate ORM, any relational database, Java Script/JQuery/Angular JS. The person should be highly capable to work in enterprise and multiple applications in a distributed environment.
Technical Competencies Required
At least 10 years development experience with a minimum of 6 years being in Java Web Application Development.
Core Java (Hands on) Must Have
Knowledge of JSP, Servlets, JDBC (Hands on)
Spring WorkFlow Must Have
Frontend UI Development( HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery) Must Have
ORM Tools (Hibernate ) Must Have
Design Patterns Must Have
Web Services (Rest/Soap) Security Must Have
Relational Database preferably SQL Server including stored procedures
Non-Technical Competencies
Must have experience of working and documenting within an Agile environment
Experience of build release and deployment
Passionate Obsessive about problem solving
Thought leadership in respective Technology domains
Self-starter, Complete Ownership and absolute pro-activeness
Fast Learning curve with eagerness to keep in pace with the tech trends
MUST be a team player and adapt at collaborative ways of working
Must be willing to motivate, mentor and support other development staff
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members
People leader - Demonstration of leadership qualities on previous successful development projects
