Has excellent communication Skills, and can manage expectations
across multiple stakeholders
Give direction to the team on the nuances between the
SI partner (Salesforce in this case) and the customer
Has experience working on large scale implementations,
preferably CRM or ERP – This is not a necessity but a plus
Has good grasp of QA concepts and processes (Doesn’t
need to be hands on but can interpret and manage stakeholder expectations)
