Job Description
As Sabre Administration Analyst you will be responsible for the management of all configuration and provisioning activities at a user and office level for all brands.
Responsibilities
Responsible for provisioning and configuration of SRW PCCs across multiple brands and businesses with differing requirements.
Coordinate these activities with 1st and 2nd level support groups
Maintaining multiple databases which capture and outline configuration requirements and what has been provisioned.
Establish relationships with Sabre Project Leads to collaborate on mid and long term solutions and improvements in Sabre.
Ensure all activities are completed within agreed SLA’s while maintaining the highest degree of data integrity
Analyze issues that may be escalated from 1st level support for proper solution or further escalation
Action second level support activities for configuration related issues arising from users via the first level support
Look for opportunities to streamline processes, improving consultant and support workflow
Capture and maintain all current workflows, processes and responsibilities ensuring accurate documentation and storage of information in a central location for effective knowledge management
Duties
Manage credentials requests (Transfers, New Hires, Returning Users)
PCC branching (ad hoc unique requests and branching database maintenance)
Maintain knowledge base on SABRE Admin processes and workflows
Clean up activities (terminations, Store Closure)
Data integrity management and maintenance
Create and run scripts in Sabre for regular maintenance activities
Manage PNR Change of ownership activities for transferring users
Must be a skilled operational minded individual responsible for consistent and regular oversight of:
NEW employee setup
Employee maintenance
New Shop Setup
Release management
Other operational setup in SABRE
Regular Communications
Key Competencies
Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to work with large data sets and to triage issues raised from any part of the business.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required for maintaining relationships, handling queries and creating and maintaining documentation
Knowledge of FCT business: a detailed knowledge and understanding of the FC business, their respective booking and mid-office tools and the environment Sabre operates in
Organizational: Excellent time management and organizational skills that can be applied to a large workload and strict deadlines while meeting all deliverables.
Process Management: Ability to follow existing documented process. Identify areas of improvement in existing process and present clear recommendations for these improvements.
Technical Knowledge: High level of competency in use of spreadsheets and strong understanding of the booking tools in the FCTG application portfolio
Initiative: Is able to see a problem or a means of improving an existing issue and take steps to move forward towards a resolution.
Collaboration: Can work with key persons from many other parts of the FCTG business to ensure processes and solutions are in line with best practices and are operating efficiently for all parties.
Experience
Experience in one or more of the below area’s is preferred:
GDS Helpdesk
Data entry
Travel Agent (working on Sabre)
Second Level Applications Support
