General knowledge of:

Project Delivery
• Provide Identity Governance technical and project leadership on client accounts.
• Provide Identity Governance subject matter expertise with internal team members and external partners (i. e. SailPoint)
• Provide User Provisioning Access Certifications implementation and project leadership expertise
• Provide planning, development, organization, monitoring and delivery of services and solutions to clients.
• Show the ability to discuss the value and design sound business solutions in a cost effective manner based on the most current IDM technology.
• Assume a proactive and direct role to identify, develop and cultivate profitable business opportunities and establish engagements. Interface with internal and external resources to develop proposals and work estimates. Is responsible and accountable for the correctness, viability, and estimates for the architected solution including the business value proposition.
• Develop and/or provide final review and approval of artifacts that define the business architecture of the solution. Applies a consistent set of business architectural guidelines in the creation of new solution architecture.
• Contribute domain thought leadership both internally and externally. Maintains an awareness of and utilizes state-of-the-art best practices. Network with peers from external companies. Author business and/or technology related papers and articles. Presents at major industry conferences.
• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all Focal Point Force employees. Uses these relationships to the best advantage in client engagements.Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:
• A Bachelor s degree - or equivalent experience
• Experience managing teams of practitioners including architects, technologists and consultants, on IAM engagements.
• Strong experience in one or more of the following primary areas at an acknowledged industry expert level:
• Identity Governance including User Provisioning, Access Certifications, Access Request, Workflow, Delegated Administration and Password Self-Service.
• World-class consulting experience and the ability to build and maintain relationships at the CxO level
• Infrastructure expertise (Unix/Linux, Web/TCPIP networking, Windows Server)
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
Desired Experience and Skills:
• SailPoint IdentityIQ 6. x 7. x Life Cycle Manger and Compliance Manager
• Experience in one or more of the following primary areas at an acknowledged industry expert level:
• Business Intelligence and Reporting: Business Intelligence and Reporting experience in at least one of the major vertical domains such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Government/Public Sector, etc.
• CISSP certification and/or board member of a major standards body such as Oasis, etc.
