Software Build and Deploy Engineer

The Build and Deploy Software Engineer is responsible for full support of development environments including integrations and Web Server Configuration for Sandboxes, three development environments and production. The position will require a candidate to develop and maintain the build system which is comprised of script, database, and compiled code deployments.

Core Responsibilities-
· Manage the build process for multiple concurrent releases
· Automate build and deployment process through build system
· Maintain various software feature branches using a Source Control System
d· Design and configure continuous integration build system through collaboration with development and IT teams
· Participate in deployment configuration of the application as needed
· Assist the Software Operations Team with deployment responsibilities
· Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications
· 3-5 years of build/release and configuration management
· Experience in building in Microsoft Web Applications (legacy and current systems)
· Experience in deploying an configuring in web-based applications using IIS6 and IIS7.5
· Proficient with build automation, orchestration and dependency management tools such as NuGet ,Octopus, VSO
· Experience in Nuget package manager with Team Foundation is a huge plus
· Proficient with source code management systems (GIT, Team Foundation Server, Plastic)
· Work directly with agile Application Development to provide daily support aligned with a model of planned releases
