Support Manager/ Tech Manager in a production support role (applications)
- 8-12+ years’ experience
- Extremely strong communication and reporting
- Strong techno-functional background
- Must have strong tech background of PL/SQL
- Nice to have ETL, Informatica, Java
- Expert in Incident management, allocation and tracking
- Preferably worked in onsite-offshore distributed team model
- Preferably worked in Agile/ Scrum projects
- Ability and experience in successfully managing critical technology applications support – preferably financial domain
