NIIT Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Technical Recruiter at its North American HQ in Dunwoody, GA.
Responsibilities:

Full desk recruiting for IT roles within the defined vertical.

Work with internal clients (sales and delivery teams) to review job duties, scope job requirements, understand the skills and determine the qualities and attributes of a successful candidate.

Source, interview, negotiate salary and make job offers.

Coordinate technical interviews, reference and background checks.

Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates and the hiring teams.

Maintains accurate and timely documentation and reports.

Partners with hiring managers to grow and maintain the pipeline of candidates through constant networking.

Create effective sourcing strategies, optimize recruiting resources and in-house database to identify and recruit the best candidate

Multi-task between various job opportunities, candidates, and client needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of IT technical recruiting experience.

Experience in working with job boards and Boolean searches.

Must be able to effectively make presentations and communicate with all levels of organizational staff

Must have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills

Must have experience using MS Office and ATS systems

Must be flexible and innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-sensitive environment

Self-starter, independent and team orientated

Bachelor’s Degree.
