Test Lead

• Implement test strategies that support agile development and end-to-end solution quality
• Oversee the development, priorities and execution of test plans schedule, monitoring and reporting on test execution to support releases
• Facilitate and coordinate testing with multiple cross-functional teams and partners
• Create and deliver quality metrics and KPIs that drive and provide visibility on Quality initiatives and test qualification innovation
• Partner with development teams to develop a quality culture. Drive adoption of unit tests, automation, metrics and other quality initiatives to ensure platform and ecosystem robustness
• Lead the test effort of multiple teams from planning to release
• Manage risks – identify, assess, address or propose mitigation/contingency plans
• Extensive experience performing thorough review of business requirements, user stories, functional flows specifications and provide feedback
• Proactively communicate to management and cross-functional teams
• Hire and develop talented and passionate QA Engineers.
• Coordinate and manage remote teams to deliver test execution, analysis and overall test qualification
• Champion best practices and test efficiencies
• Hands-on experience with manual testing , Automation and performance testing
• Experience in implementation, upgrading and customizing the automation tools suite ALM, UFT, Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
