We are excited to announce this exciting opportunity to junior developers, who have the desire to advance their skills and be trained as RPA Developers (Robotic process automation). As RPA Developers, you will be working with cutting-edge technology and developing "bots"!
We are actively searching for the right candidates, and are looking to fill these roles as soon as possible. Beyond skills and education background, the ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3-12 months of experience with .net, a positive, "can-do!" attitude, and has a passion for learning and growing in the IT field.
Location: Oaks, Pennsylvania
Salary: $50,000

Job Duties:
· Be a part of the large-scale software development team.
· Act as a trusted adviser to the customer on programming integration area.
· Manage customer expectations and avoid any escalations
· Able to set up development guidelines and methodologies
· Support pre-sales activities if needed.
· Work on projects executed across geographies and cultures
· Perform the role of a technical lead on projects (development, technical installations, upgrades, database migrations, etc.)
· Maintain high degree of knowledge / understanding a variety of technologies and applications
· Take directions from manager in terms of areas of development and utilization
· Formulate and track work plans and delivery milestones in keeping with client expectations.
Qualifications:
· Must have at least 6 months of experience in .Net
· Must have Bachelor’s degree in the CS/IS/MIS/IT
· Must be authorized to work in the United States (US Citizen, Permanent Resident)
