Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Deliver test models supporting design conforming to an enterprise conceptual model
• Develop test standards and promote their use
• Monitors data quality, compatibility and stability to meet current and future needs of the organization.
• Designs data access, usage and change rules for users within and across organizations.

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
 8+ years’ experience in the area of Informatica ETL Test Design, data analysis, and/or reporting, data management, modeling,
 Functional work in and familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts
 Prior experience with financial services, retirement, insurance, or medical records industry highly desirable
 Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase
 Experience working with ETL tools such as Informatica or SSIS
 Successful in a matrixes work environment
 Excellent documentation skills
 Ability to collaborate and work in a multi-site environment
 Experience working in an agile or continuous improvement environment
 Build test strategy and test plan for ETL projects, defect tracking
 Identify, recommend and implement ETL process and architecture improvements.
 Assist and verify design of solution and production of all design phase deliverables.
 Manage build phase and quality assure code to ensure fulfilling requirements and adhering to ETL architecture.
 Resolve difficult design and develop issues.
 Strong understanding of SQL programming language, Stored Procedures and Indexes etc.
 Working technical experience with designing, developing and supporting multi-terabyte database environments.
 Good Knowledge on UNIX commands, shell scripting etc.
 Good Knowledge on IBM Tivoli Scheduler (TWS) or Control-M for scheduling Workflows.
 Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
 Excellent communication skills – need to be able to interface with business as well as technical leaders
