Mainframe developer

- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and manage multiple requests from a variety of internal customers
- Strong Knowledge and work experience in Linux
- Strong Knowledge and work experience in IBM Mainframe technologies.
- Strong analysis and debugging skills
- Ability to troubleshoot / resolve technical software issues (memory issues, error handling, data exceptions, etc.)
- Knowledge of automated build software.
​- Knowledge of software development test methodologies (unit testing, regression testing, etc.)
- Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, and implements complex programs; develops appropriate programs and systems documentation according to established standard systems delivery methodology. Adheres to all organizational and IT policies and process for software development and project management.
- Develops technical design specifications based on functional requirements; develops and maintains mainframe and/or client server applications.
- Strong Knowledge in Cobol and Mainframe technologies COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS
- Provide onsite and offsite production support for the processing cycles of production systems.
